Role Overview We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to architect intuitive, human-centered digital experiences that drive engagement and business growth. You will collaborate closely with product managers, software engineers, and researchers to own the end-to-end design lifecycle from concept to launch. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end product design process, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI creation. Architect and maintain scalable design systems to ensure consistency across multiple platforms and touchpoints. Translate complex user workflows and technical requirements into elegant, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces. Conduct usability testing and analyze user feedback to continuously iterate and improve product experiences. Mentor junior team members and advocate for design excellence across the broader organization. Required Qualifications Demonstrated experience designing digital products across web and mobile platforms with a strong portfolio. Advanced proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite. Deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies, information architecture, and accessibility standards (WCAG). Proven track record of collaborating successfully with engineering and product teams in agile environments. Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly to stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to better collaborate with engineering teams. Background in conducting quantitative and qualitative user research studies. Familiarity with motion design and micro-interactions. Success Metrics Successfully ship major product features on time with high usability scores and positive user feedback. Improve key conversion or engagement metrics by at least 15% through iterative design enhancements. Contribute to the expansion and adoption of the core design system across all product squads.
