Role Overview As a Product Designer, you will own the end-to-end design lifecycle, transforming ambiguous challenges into intuitive features. You will partner closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to shape the future of our platform and deliver measurable value to our users. Key Responsibilities Drive the end-to-end design process from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and design implementation. Develop and scale our comprehensive design system to ensure consistency and efficiency across platforms. Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define product requirements and translate them into seamless user experiences. Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and data analysis to uncover user needs and validate design solutions. Advocate for user-centric design principles while balancing business objectives and technical constraints. Required Qualifications Demonstrated portfolio showcasing strong UI/UX foundations, interaction design, and user-centered problem-solving methodologies. Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative user research to inform design decisions. Strong communication and storytelling skills to articulate design rationale to cross-functional stakeholders. Understanding of responsive design principles and web/mobile accessibility standards. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end component structures to collaborate effectively with engineering. Experience working in agile, fast-paced product development environments. Background in data-driven design optimization and running A/B tests. Success Metrics Successfully ship at least two major feature redesigns that improve core user engagement metrics within the first 6 months. Contribute significantly to the expansion and adoption of the core design system across all product squads. Maintain high user satisfaction scores through iterative usability testing and feedback incorporation. Compensation & Benefits We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $130,000 annually, complemented by comprehensive health benefits, flexible remote work policies, and an annual stipend for professional development and wellness.
