Systems Integration Engineer About Us Core Systems is a modern technology enterprise specializing in high-performance cloud infrastructure and digital systems management. The company is positioned as a critical partner for businesses undergoing digital transformation, providing the core foundation required to scale in a cloud-first world. Role Overview As a Systems Integration Engineer, you will design, build, and maintain the underlying infrastructure that powers our clients' digital transformations. You will collaborate closely with software engineering, security, and product teams to automate deployments and optimize cloud performance. Your work will directly enable seamless scaling and high availability across enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities Architect and maintain high-performance cloud infrastructure using modern Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles. Automate CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery and reduce deployment friction. Monitor system reliability, performance, and security compliance across distributed environments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex infrastructure bottlenecks and resolve incidents. Document system architecture, deployment procedures, and operational runbooks for internal stakeholders. Required Qualifications Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience. Experience designing and managing cloud environments on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Bash for automation tasks. Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools including Docker and Kubernetes. Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, DNS, load balancing, and security best practices. Preferred Qualifications Demonstrated experience with Terraform or similar Infrastructure as Code tooling. Experience at high-growth technology companies or similar fast-paced operational environments. Degree from an accredited institution with a strong foundation in computer engineering. Success Metrics Successfully reduce deployment times by 25 percent through automated pipeline optimizations within the first 180 days. Maintain a 99.9 percent uptime SLA across managed client cloud environments. Complete end-to-end migration of legacy systems to modern cloud infrastructure on schedule. Compensation & Benefits We offer a competitive salary range of 80,000 to 110,000 USD annually, paired with comprehensive health coverage, flexible remote working arrangements, and dedicated professional development budgets.
