Junior Flutter Developer About Us Core Systems is a modern technology enterprise specializing in high-performance cloud infrastructure and digital systems management. The company is positioned as a critical partner for businesses undergoing digital transformation, providing the core foundation required to scale in a cloud-first world. Role Overview As a Junior Flutter Developer, you will build and maintain high-quality cross-platform mobile applications that seamlessly connect with our core cloud infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with senior engineers, product designers, and backend developers to deliver exceptional digital experiences. Your impact will directly shape the mobile touchpoints our clients rely on every day. Key Responsibilities Develop cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart (Dart programming language) Integrate mobile applications with RESTful APIs and backend services Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes into responsive, high-performance interfaces Optimize application performance, loading times, and memory usage across iOS and Android platforms Write clean, maintainable code supported by unit and widget tests Participate in code reviews and agile team sprints to drive continuous product improvement Required Qualifications Experience building mobile applications using Flutter and Dart Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and asynchronous software design patterns Familiarity with state management solutions such as Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc Experience consuming REST APIs (Representational State Transfer Application Programming Interfaces) and handling JSON data Understanding of version control workflows using Git Demonstrated ability to write clean, well-documented code Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin) development environments Active portfolio of personal or academic mobile projects deployed to app stores Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science Success Metrics Successfully deliver and deploy at least two mobile application feature updates within the first 90 days Maintain high code quality standards with zero critical bugs reported in production releases Actively participate in team sprint planning and meet established delivery milestones consistently Compensation & Benefits We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $60,000 to $80,000, complemented by comprehensive health benefits, flexible working hours, and professional development opportunities.
