The company is positioned as a critical partner for businesses undergoing digital transformation, providing the core foundation required to scale in a cloud-first world. Role Overview We are seeking a driven Software Developer to build, maintain, and scale high-performance digital systems and cloud infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with product managers, system architects, and DevOps engineers to deliver robust software solutions that solve complex real-world problems. Your impact will directly shape the reliability and performance of our core enterprise offerings. Key Responsibilities Develop clean, maintainable, and efficient code for high-performance cloud systems using modern programming languages. Integrate third-party services and build secure REST APIs (Representational State Transfer Application Programming Interfaces) for seamless platform communication. Optimize software applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security across distributed environments. Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and continuous integration pipelines (CI/CD) to uphold high engineering standards. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects proactively to ensure minimal downtime for enterprise clients. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. Practical experience with modern programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript. Familiarity with database systems, version control workflows (Git), and cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure. Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and object-oriented design principles. Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems and work effectively within cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Familiarity with agile development methodologies and automated testing frameworks. Experience at high-growth technology startups or similar fast-paced environments. Success Metrics Successfully deliver and deploy at least two major feature releases within the first 90 days. Maintain high code quality standards with zero critical security vulnerabilities in assigned modules. Compensation & Benefits We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 annually, complemented by comprehensive health benefits, flexible working arrangements, and professional development stipends.
