Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive high-impact initiatives from conception to completion. Key Responsibilities Drive end-to-end execution of complex projects using Agile (Adaptive Software Development) and Waterfall methodologies. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes aligned with strategic business objectives. Manage project scopes, timelines, and budgets (Financial Management) to ensure optimal resource allocation. Facilitate stakeholder communication and alignment across executive leadership and technical teams. Implement risk management strategies and proactive mitigation plans to safeguard project milestones. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress, quality, and overall project velocity. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. Extensive experience managing enterprise-level projects within fast-paced environments. Proven expertise in Agile frameworks, Scrum methodologies, and project management tools like Jira or Confluence. Demonstrated ability in budgeting, resource forecasting, and stakeholder negotiation. Strong analytical mindset with a track record of process optimization and continuous improvement. Preferred Qualifications Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification. Experience driving large-scale digital transformation initiatives or enterprise software implementations. Success Metrics Deliver 95% of assigned enterprise projects on time and within the approved budget threshold during the first 12 months. Improve cross-functional team velocity and stakeholder satisfaction scores by 20% within the first two quarters.
